Kim Curley

Connecting rural communities to opportunity

Kim Curley is a transportation options and community development specialist with more than 20 years of experience helping rural and small communities plan and fund mobility and access projects. She supports public agencies, nonprofits, and destination development organizations with grant strategy and writing, project development, facilitation, and implementation—translating community vision into competitive funding proposals that win money! Kim has led successful efforts across the Northwest to expand access to jobs, education, health care, and recreation through multimodal transportation, and is particularly skilled at shaping early-stage concepts into fundable projects such as Transportation Alternatives and other federal and state funding programs. Her collaborative, plain-language approach helps diverse partners move from planning to procurement and on-the-ground results.
